GaL-AA (Gays and Lesbians in AA) was established to serve and have the involvement of lesbians, gay men, and others in Alcoholics Anonymous, regardless of how they choose to identify themselves. In selecting the name, careful consideration was given to a variety of combinations. While the name only directly reflects gays and lesbians, we embrace all LGBT+ members of the AA fellowship.
About Our Mission Chicago Roundup, Inc. is a volunteer-based organization for the celebration of 12-step recovery from alcohol and drug addiction within the LGBTQ+ community. This organization produces engaging events in a safe environment, affording participants the opportunity to have a spiritual awakening. The Ohio Roundup is an annual conference held in August, catering to the recovering gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered (GLBT) community in Ohio. Every year the Ohio Roundup moves to a select city in Ohio. This year’s roundup is proudly hosted in Columbus, Ohio. OUR MISSION The San Antonio Roundup is an annual recovery conference hosted by members of San Antonio’s Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgendered and Questioning community.
